A Study in Rope is an interactive installation which investigates the properties of a beautiful, simple yet strong technology, rope. Rope can exist as a tool, as a device capable of harm and destruction, a game, as craftwork, an apparatus, etc. The installation invites viewers to contemplate the multitude of functions rope has in our lives through interactive and performative stations.
